What is the return/exchange policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we will do our best to work with you to make it right. We however do not accept returns/exchanges on custom orders, sale items, or marked-down products or mirrors that do not fit due to inaccurate measurements by the customer.
What if my mirror is broken in transit?
On rare occasions as our products are fragile and contain glass, items can be damaged in transit. If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, you are required to take photos or videos clearly portraying the damage. These must be emailed to us IMMEDIATELY – WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE MIRROR.

Our products are manufactured locally. Using eco-friendly stains free from toxic chemicals, ensuring both beauty and safety for your home. We are committed to sustainability, utilising Solar power production. Our wood shop is 100% of grid.
